Luke  5, 1-11

We experience a miracle and denomination of sins.
Simon, later Peter, becomes the prototype for a conversion to faith. We experience Jesus’ authority for penance which is the condition for the spiritual well-being necessary for the forgiveness of sins.The promise of spiritual well-being refers to Peter’s mission:

“From now on you’ll catch men.”

This is the comparison to the fishing miracle.
